In December, I blogged about my mobile boutique participating in an event called Bubbles and Brows . It was held at Washington, DC's uber swanky Hotel Rouge. Despite a dreadful downpour, we had an excellent turnout!! Honey, the recessionistas and bargainistas did not let rain stand in the way. Take a look at the pics.
